Full Potential

I learned from my Grandfather that one of life’s greatest satisfaction is the feeling of achieving full potential. My grandfather owned a construction company in Hiawatha, KS; and he was widely regarded as the best caterpillar operator in all of Kansas. He was a very busy man doing amazing things with a huge earth mover. Full potential. I became obsessed with full potential in my life, and this obsession has resulted in trash bags not being taken out until the bag is stretched full, the dishwasher not running until it is crammed full of dishes, workouts not finished until complete exhaustion. Full potential. The world is full of extremely talented artists. Some artists achieve their full potential while others are held back splitting time in secondary, unfulfilling jobs to make ends meat.

Dittyverse provides a world where creators of all types can come to achieve their full potential. Dittyverse provides a lightweight social networking platform where Dittiers can easily contribute to the creation of many things. Some of these creations have financial incentive whereby all of the contributing Dittiers are financially rewarded. Dittiers start a project called a Ditty to which all Dittiers can contribute. Dittiers create simple, lightweight Dittles containing their ideas expressed through sound, text and pictures. Dittiers have access to all Dittles which can be combined together into a Ditlist that represents a finished song, collage, poem, story or short film. Dittiers comment on, vote for and request Dittles from other Dittiers. Dittiers follow their favorite Ditties, and connect with their favorite Dittiers. This is real time, lightweight collaboration, and it results in finished products that have the approval of millions to the benefit of millions.
